What is a TCRC?
The TCRC is a community-based facility that links citizens to information, education and expertise throughout the world via two-way interactive video, satellite and computer networks. Are additional interactive video sites available?
Numerous public and private schools and institutions and National Guard sites throughout Missouri are equipped with interactive video capability.
