Welcometo the Southern Telecommunications Resource Center (TCRC) webpage.We are a community-based partnership among University of Missouri College of Agriculture, Delta Center Advisory Board, First State Bank and Trust Co., Inc. of Caruthersville, Focus Bank of Caruthersville, Siegel Roberts Corp. of Portageville, and University of Missouri Extension. The Southern TCRC is designed to bring distance learning through interactive video (ITV), Internet, and computer training to the Bootheel region.
Associate of Arts, Applied Science Degrees and certificates through Three Rivers Community College.
Post-secondary degrees and certificates offered by University of Missouri Columbia, University of Missouri St. Louis, Missouri Southern State University, Central Methodist University, William Woods University and Arkansas State University.
Various computer courses, including Microsoft Office 2007, are offered to the public periodically through the year
Continuing education for professionals is available
Free Internet access to the public during office hours
Video conferencing for businesses, organizations and individuals
