Barbara Valentine, INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY EXTENSION ASSOCIATE, KIRKSVILLE TCRC, NORTHEAST REGION Areas of Work: My duties include teaching computer classes; connecting, monitoring, and troubleshooting ITV and satellite connections; maintenance and upgrade of computers at the TCRC, and helping staff throughout the region with computer related issues. Professional Background: My background consists of nearly 30 years of hands on computer usage as well as helping others learn.
